About
For me, the technical side starts with a simple question: how does everything need to work in practice?
I believe good software should not draw attention to itself. You feel it when a process that used to take an hour now takes a few minutes. When the information you need is exactly where you expected it to be. When people on the team no longer lose time on unnecessary steps and repeated explanations.
Over the past 10 years, I have worked on applications for banks, fintech companies and online stores. Those projects shaped the way I think in a very practical sense: I learned that the technical side is not just code, but a system that needs to work correctly. When a flow is not properly thought through, or an integration starts creating problems in day-to-day use, the impact shows up later as lost time, errors, bottlenecks and unnecessary costs.
I founded GMG Digital together with my partner because I kept seeing the same need in many small and medium-sized businesses: digital solutions built seriously, but adapted to the reality of the business. Not every company needs a complex system or an investment that is hard to sustain. But it does need a well-designed solution that answers real problems, respects the available budget and can grow with the business.
My role is to make sure the technical side has a solid foundation. I think through the project architecture, choose the right technologies, define the structure of the application and make sure what we build can be extended, maintained and used over the long term.
"Good digital architecture does not draw attention to itself, but it makes things work properly, day after day."
