Without this, any visual identity or brand strategy remains superficial. But you don't need to know what you want visually or come with ideas prepared - we lead the conversation with the right questions and gather everything we need. After the discovery session, your involvement comes down to feedback at key reporting stages. The rest is on us.
A brandbook is the central document of your brand identity - the complete guide your team follows to communicate consistently. It contains the logo in all necessary variations and usage rules, the colour palette with exact codes, typography, iconography, tone of voice, brand message and real application examples. At GMG we also include the ideal client profile and communication guidelines - because a brandbook without strategic context is just a design document.
Yes, you receive all source files - in editable formats ready for any context: print, digital, web. The logo is delivered in all necessary variations: on light, dark, white, black and any other background relevant to your business. Everything we build belongs to you entirely - we retain no files and create no artificial dependencies.
Yes, this is one of the core principles we work by. Everything we deliver - brandbook, source files, templates, communication guide - belongs to you completely. We document every element so that you, or any other designer or copywriter, can work with your brand without depending on us for every new asset. You leave with digital assets you fully own and understand, not a black box only we can open.
You do. Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights over the materials created - logo, visual identity, custom illustrations and any other element produced during the project - are transferred to you in full through a copyright assignment agreement. We retain no rights of use, reproduction or modification. Everything we built for you is yours completely and permanently.
A brand refresh updates and modernises what already exists - a slightly refined logo, adjusted colour palette, improved typography - without breaking the recognition capital built so far. It's the right choice when your brand is functional but looks dated or no longer reflects where your business has evolved. A full rebranding rebuilds the identity from scratch - strategy, message, visuals - and is necessary when the business direction has fundamentally changed or when the current brand has never truly worked.
Yes. Before any intervention we analyse what already exists - visual identity, materials, communication style - and identify what works and what doesn't. We don't change for the sake of changing. If an element of your current brand has value and market recognition, we keep it and integrate it into the new identity. Our goal is to build on what you have, not demolish everything and start from scratch if it isn't necessary.
A rebranding project takes between 2 and 6 weeks - longer than branding from scratch. The process includes an additional audit phase of the existing brand: we assess what works, what needs correcting and what recognition capital is worth integrating into the new identity. The more elements that need repairing or reconciling, the more attention and time the process requires.
